I'm getting an error when I try to register saying that my authentication code is incorrect!

Ensure that your authentication code and player ID matches what Mactera received from your Tournament Organizer. If you are unsure if the information provided by the Tournament Organizer is correct, open a ticket by emailing us at info@mactera.ca


I lost my authentication code, or I didn't get one from the Tournament Organizer!

If you've misplaced your authentication code, or didn't receive one from the Tournament Organizer, please open a ticket by emailing info@mactera.ca. Include your Player ID, and the tournament you last played in. 


How will I get my prizes?
When you redeem your prizes, they will be batched together with other orders, and delivered to the location you selected for pickup. This process can take up to 5 business days. You will be notified when your prizes are ready for pickup. 


If you redeem for digital prizes, such as gift cards, you will receive a redemption code in your registered email address within 72 hours of redemption.
